Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the BranD GOLD AgencY Referral Program ("Program"). By participating, you ("Referrer") agree to comply with these Terms.

2. How the Program Works

  • The Referrer submits the email address of a person ("Referred Person") who may be interested in BranD GOLD AgencY’s branding services.
  • The Referrer must send the Referred Person’s email address directly to BranD GOLD AgencY via an official submission form or to the email address info@brandgoldagency.com.
  • The Referred Person must use the same email address provided by the Referrer when making their purchase.
  • If the Referred Person makes a successful order (without refund or discount), both the Referrer and the Referred Person receive $200 each as a referral reward ("Referral reward").
  • Referral reward can by changed or adjusted anytime by BranD GOLD AgencY. 

3. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • The Referrer must provide a valid email address of the Referred Person.
  • Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not allowed.
  • The Referred Person must be a new customer (not an existing or previous customer of BranD GOLD AgencY).

4. Reward Payout Conditions

  • The Referred Person must complete a successful order without a refund or discount.
  • Payments of $200 each will be made via PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days after the Referred Person’s order is confirmed as successful.
  • If the Referred Person requests a refund, the referral reward is void.
  • If the Referred Person disputes the payment or cancels the order, the referral reward is not paid out.

5. Fraud Prevention

  • Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or game the system (e.g., fake referrals, multiple email addresses for the same person, or fraudulent transactions) may result in disqualification from the Program.
  • BranD GOLD AgencY reserves the right to verify referrals before processing rewards.

6. Limits and Modifications

  • There is no limit to how many referrals a Referrer can submit. However, each referred email can only be used once.
  • BranD GOLD AgencY reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

7. Payment Terms & Taxes

  • The $200 reward for the Referrer and 200$ reward for the Reffered Person is a one-time payment per successful referral.
  • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or discounts.
  • The Referrer and Referred Person are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting requirements related to receiving the referral payment.
  • Referral reward can by changed or adjusted anytime by BranD GOLD AgencY. 

8. Communication & Privacy

  • By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms that they have the Referred Person’s consent to share their email address with BranD GOLD AgencY.
  • BranD GOLD AgencY will only use the Referred Person’s email for communication regarding branding services and may share it with third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes regarding eligibility or payout, BranD GOLD AgencY reserves the right to make the final decision.
  • Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the referral transaction.
10. Legal Disclaimer
  • BranD GOLD AgencY is not responsible for any lost or misdirected payments.
  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.
  • By participating, you agree to these Terms and release BranD GOLD AgencY from any claims related to the Program.
